Baby Wheels Orlando has always been committed to providing you with safe, clean strollers and has implemented additional cleaning procedures in line with CDC regulations to provide for your safety against Coronavirus.
All of our strollers including accessories are cleaned after each rental. Where possible the parent console, seat fabric and canopies are removed and laundered in the washing machine using a hypo-allergenic detergent. Frames, handlebars and wheels are cleaned and wiped with a disinfectant. Cooler bags and rain covers are steam cleaned. Snack trays are hand washed with detergent and disinfected.
For those strollers where the seat fabric is unable to be removed - these are hand washed, rinsed and left to air dy.
All of our drivers will wear a face mask while interacting with the public and maintain social distancing. They will wipe down the handlebar of the stroller prior to delivering or retrieving it to and from the bell desk of your resort or hotel. We are unable to control the stroller once it has been delivered to the bell services or designated guest drop off area.
Each of our strollers will be delivered with a few antiseptic towelettes for you to wipe the handlebar as you receive the stroller.
For those guests who have the concierge meet and greet service at Disney and selected Universal resorts, the driver will offer you the antiseptic wipe prior to handing the stroller to you.
Our strollers are priced per night, when you book you simply enter the dates you need the stroller for, the computer will do the rest for you. Let us know the time you are checking in or need the stroller for, if you aren't receiving it on your arrival and it will be delivered to the bell desk prior to that time. You simply return the stroller to the bell desk by 1pm on your last rental day.
If you are using the concierge meet and greet at Disney or selected Universal resorts simply enter the required time of your appointment . Don't worry the booking form has tons of prompts to hep you!
Yes we do, most strollers will be delivered direct to the front porch of your vacation home. Some communities prefer us to deliver to their check in desks, but we will let you know if that applies to your community
For guests staying at a Disney Resort
Disney will not hold any rental items for guests staying at their resorts. We offer a concierge meet and greet delivery and pick up for you. Make sure you select your desired delivery and pick ups times on the booking form. The driver will call you as he arrives at your resort and let you know where to meet him. He will make sure you are happy with the stroller operation and confirm the pick up date and time. The whole process takes a couple of minutes!
For guests staying at Universal's Hard Rock, Adventura and Portofino Resorts
The hotels prefer guests to receive their strollers direct, as above we will meet you at a specified time, the driver will call or text you to let you know he has arrived and where to meet him. For pick up simply return the stroller to the bell desk.
For guests staying at all other hotels, resorts or vacation homes
Your stroller will be delivered to the bell desk, or your front porch prior to your designated check-in time. Please return it back there by 1pm on your last rental day.
You DO NOT need to be present to take delivery, simply ask the bell staff as you check-in for it. Most resorts prefer you to keep possession of any items so please do not store the stroller overnight in their luggage rooms.
Yes of course, thats not a problem. The booking form has separate fields for delivery and pick up so simply put the different locations in there.

The theme parks are big and I mean big! Even if your children don't normally use a stroller at home they will love being able to take a rest now and again. Its also a great spot to watch the fireworks or parades from, your own comfortable padded chair!
All of the parks have their own strollers to rent as well but these are hard rigid plastic and in the Florida heat can also be very hot on delicate little legs! Our strollers are all full size, have padded seats, can recline and have large UPV standard canopies.
There is usually no problem, just contact us as soon as you can so we can check availability. Occasionally we do get sold out and may need the stroller returned but we always try and do our best for you!
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We will send you an email confirmation of this as well.

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before your rental date to get a full refund. If you cancel between 48-24 hours before your start date there will be a $25 admin charge. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be no refund due.

We deliver to most Orlando attraction area hotels, resorts and vacation homes, including those in Davenport, Kissimmee and Clermont. If you aren't sure that you are within our area just drop us an offline message and we can check for you.
If you are staying at Legoland Resort, Haines City area or any of the airport area hotels - we do deliver there but there is an additional $25 delivery fee.
The following locations will not hold any rental items for guests, therefore we are unable to deliver or pick up from these locations:

Yes of course. There is no limit to how many strollers you can receive and they don't all have to be the same, you can order exactly what you need. Call us for a multiple stroller discount!
Our toll-free number is on the stroller, just give us a call and we will make every effort to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Our stroller is in your care for the duration of your rental and you are responsible for returning it in good condition, with its accessories at the agreed time. Please read our rental agreement before committing to a stroller rental.
If the stroller is returned broken or missing any parts or accessories or if it is stolen, you will be responsible for the replacement cost. We always recommend adding the optional insurance at $15 per stroller - this will cover you for any theft or damage and excess cleaning (we know accidents happen with small children and if your child does get sick or has an accident in the stroller, let us know and we can arrange a replacement for you)
We try to make our strollers as distinct as we can; our tag holders are our bright lime green brand color and have both our logo on them and also a family tag with the lead name of your booking.
